TRX CLASSES
In our TRX classes, you'll experience a dynamic, full-body workout that strengthens both body and soul. Using suspension training, these sessions build functional strength, balance, and core stability. Every class encourages you to push your limits while maintaining a focus on inner alignment and mindfulness.
BEER & YOGA
Join our yoga community for class in a social atmosphere. Held in a private room at The Public House at The Alexander. Through mindful movement and breath-work, you'll build flexibility, strength, and inner calm. Whether you're new to yoga or experienced. After we will socialize, fill the soul with laughter and body with a
free drink, (tip included).
